Wow. What a wonderful dining experience! I stopped in for lunch before catching my flight out of MN, and I’m so glad I did. It’s a walk-in spot & when I came in for lunch, they had plenty of space. A timely acknowledgement when you arrive, and bread and water came quickly. I ordered off their lunch menu and was not disappointed! The Della Casa salad was such a bright blend of citrus dressing & slices of orange and grapefruit with a creamy goat cheese and crunch of pistachio, 10/10! I had the carbonara which is a little bit of a gamble these days — but it was SO delicious. The balance of the sauce was perfect — rich flavor without being heavy — 10/10 as well. So. Tasty. But beyond the delicious food, the highlight of my meal was my waiter, Jakub. A bright ball of positive energy and good vibes, he works the room as if all his guests are VVIP. Serving up the right amount of check-ins, chipper conversation & hilarious anecdotes, I walked away with not only my hunger satiated but with a bounce to my step & a smile. Keep up the amazing work, Jakub. You’re bringing joy & it makes a difference. Thank you for a great dining experience in Minneapolis! I’ll see you & the Broder’s team next time I am in town!

My husband and I got two very different pastas and we each loved ours! Enjoyed that they had some non-alcoholic wines to choose from. Amazing dessert. Good service. Lovely outdoor area.

Food was excellent! Atmosphere inside is busy but not overly noisy. Having a conversation was easy. I had spaghetti and meatballs. Better than I expected!! I highly recommend it. My wife had Fettuccine Con Pollo All’arrabbiata. Also excellent! We will return!

Absolutely some of the best Italian I’ve ever had. Fresh pasta and seasonal options. We had Arancini to start and finish was profiteroles and tiramisu. Excellent service with great recommendations from staff. Stopped by with a friend as out of state travelers, and would recommend to locals or travelers.

They only take walk-ins! We went on a Tuesday at 6pm. I haven’t been here since high school (10 years) and it was fun to try it again! Solid pasta spot, love the commentary bread and a decent spot to have dinner with kids! I would say it was a bit pricy for the atmosphere but overall a good meal!

Revisited after about 10 yrs or so and I don't know why I don't come more often !!! Had the best time at their outdoor pasta bar, everything from food, wine and service was top notch The food they serve is yummy, we got 2 entree pastas which reminded me of being back in Italy Fresh homemade ingredients- delicious flavor, seasoning on point Wine is excellent- maybe a tad bit too expensive The profiteroles dessert could use more chocolate sauce but l'm definitely going back for their special date night specials after 8pm!!! A fabulous weeknight date !

Broders is always good. They have an inventive and large menu of delicious fresh made pasta offerings. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is often busy and reservations are not accepted. Really really good though.

Great customer service!!! They don’t take early reservations, the place is small and they only seat groups of 8 only. We went there with a group of friends for a total of 9 individuals. The host was very friendly and explained to my wife and I that he will make an exception since it was only one individual over the 8 person rule. Told us it will probably be about 40 minutes before we can sit. 5 minutes later as the rest of our group arrived the host comes out and tells us the table is ready outside so we took it right away. It was a bit of a cold day for August so they turned on the above the table heaters and it ended up being a great experience. Food was top notch in taste, quality and presentation. We went based on a friend’s recommendation who doesn’t live there and only went because of another person’s recommendation. This tells you everything about the quality of their food!! Highly recommended.
